The Collegiate Program Coordinator in the organization's mission by spearheading the support and development of the collegiate division. This position is a unique blend of responsibilities, with a primary focus on collegiate member support, resource development, oversight of collegiate national officers, and driving growth within the collegiate division. Additionally, the coordinator will contribute to FBLA's overall programming efforts, including conference management and customer service initiatives across all three divisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collegiate Division Focus (60%):
· Collegiate Member Support: Provide exceptional support and guidance to collegiate members, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive FBLA experience.
· Resource Development: Create and curate materials and resources tailored to the collegiate division, including educational materials, leadership development tools, and program guides.
· Collegiate National Officers Oversight: Work closely with collegiate national officers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure effective leadership within the collegiate division.
· Divisional Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the collegiate division, including outreach, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
Overall Programming Support (40%):
· Conference Management: Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of FBLA conferences across all divisions, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participants.
· Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and feedback from FBLA advisers (state/local) and student members, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Collaborate with other program managers to support initiatives and ensure a cohesive approach to organizational goals.
· Program Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of FBLA programs and initiatives, gathering feedback and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Business Operations: Support business and operations issues including use of FBLA Connect (CRM, community, and learning management systems), program budgets, contracts, expenses, invoices, and fulfillment of division materials.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting
· Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
· Experience with virtual learning platforms, learning management systems, and course design preferred
· Strong understanding of collegiate education and the needs of college students
· Proven ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies
· Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills
· Strong project management skills including ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Proven ability to work in a team-based environment working cross-departmentally to complete projects as needed
· Travel required to National Leadership Conference, other National events, and state meetings
