We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be comfortable using technology to streamline your outreach to existing customers and prospective accounts.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the blue planet and the great outdoors AND enjoys sales and working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Utilize Odoo CRM to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Manage Klaviyo or Lemlist flows
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build trust with potential clients
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Strong ability to make outbound calls and engage with potential clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using Odoo or other CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Note: This is a paid position with a base plus commission. Internship positions are also compensated.
