RemX is looking to fill a Remote Project Manager role You will be responsible for facilitating project planning and implementation and execution of innovative retail design and visual merchandising projects from inception to completion. You will ensure cohesive brand storytelling and communication throughout US market ensuring quality, consistency & creative content aligned with the global brand guidelines. Perform daily collaboration with Retail Design, Brand Creative and Visual Merchandising teams and ensure all projects meet required timelines and enforcement of creative processes and adherence to global brand guidelines.

- Type: Contract – 2 Years
- Location: Remote New York, NY 10014 (Candidate must reside in area as they will need to come into office as needed.)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00AM–5:00PM EST
Requirements: (Must be shown on resume)
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experienced in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams (most important).
- Must have been involved in Projects implementing retail design and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Track and assist in development of all retail projects and initiatives in line with brand global vision.
- In partnership with the Retail Design Directors, US Marketing and Construction.
- Kick-off, manage, and track all US Visual Merchandising projects.
- Coordinate with Retail Design, Visual Merchandising, and other Creative functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners.
- Responsible for review and routing/approval of all project briefs and design documentation.
- Manage an outside agency to create graphics/artwork documentation and artwork adaption.
- Provide project status and milestone scheduling to share with cross-functional teams.
- Manage high volume workload and prioritize project requirements effectively.
- Manage digital filing/archives of all documentation and project information.
