SalaryHigh-End Residential Interior Design Firm is looking to fill an Intermediate/Project Manager position. Candidate MUST have 5+ years prior experience managing projects independently in the interior design field. The ideal candidate will have a distinct design sensibility and be extremely organized, highly self-motivated, experienced in managing multiple projects and an excellent communicator.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have experience managing a project from design development through installation
- Will have experience designing, drawing and producing custom furniture, millwork and lighting
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing for and attending client and site meetings
- Creating and maintaining budgets and project schedules
- Sourcing materials and furniture that are cohesive to the design aesthetic of the project
- Creating furniture plans and drawings for custom furniture and lighting.
- Coordinating and managing outside vendors for installations
- Generating of purchase orders and invoices
- Placing and following up on orders
- Generating of purchase orders and invoices
Requirements:
- AutoCad
- Adobe Create Suite
- MS Office
- Design Manager (or similar program)
- Eligibility to work in the US
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
