REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum projects supporting enterprise level, large-scale technology organizations
- 2 years working in Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Confluence
- Recent working experience with Cloud - IaaS/Paas/SaaS technologies
- 1+ year of recent experience leading onshore/offshore DevOps/Cloud teams

Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
As an Engagement Manager (EM), you will lead the strategic direction, technology delivery, and O&M for an assigned suite of Tax products. The role is accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions which align to the strategic business objectives for a portfolio within US Tax. The EM will ensure that the business needs are clearly understood, tracked, and that technology solution/s meet, or exceed, expectations of the business and their clients. In this role, the EM will report directly to the Technology Portfolio Leader (TPL) for US Tax and provide consultative services for critical stakeholders within the assigned portfolio. In addition, the EM will lead all Operate services for the Tax portfolio while ensuring standards compliance (e.g., Cyber, TOM, SSDLC, Risk, Compliance, ISO, Technology, etc…). The role will be responsible for performing a combination of professional and management duties for on/offshore resources, financial management of the portfolio, service quality reporting, quarterly portfolio reviews, and acting as an advocate for the portfolio across vendors and US/ Global teams to ensure business objectives are met.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Tax leadership to develop a strategy for execution of technology initiatives within their portfolio.
- Leads discussions with the business to understand and analyze their technology and application needs and objectives.
- Participate in technology decisions with architecture and engineering teams to ensure technical design, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented and delivered within identified timeframe. Trusted Advisor for product suite and assigned portfolio.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to deliver, maintain, support business solutions.
- Monitor compliance with standards, procedures, and methodologies. Identifies and proposes opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in resolving complex issues or coordination of necessary technology resources to expedite service restoration.
- Manage relationships with outside vendors. May serve internal or external clients.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Lead all Operate and Delivery capabilities for Tax initiatives and/or projects to include Financial Management, Service Assurance, Cyber/Compliance, Cloud Optimization, and Reporting.
- Communicate operations and maintenance status or issues to management and business stakeholders.
