Clinical Quality Analyst

Our comprehensive approach integrates biometric monitoring, in-home nursing, virtual visits, and a reliable supply chain, prioritizing quality and safety.

We are seeking an analyst with experience in healthcare to partner with our healthcare teams. This analyst tracks our Key Performance Indicators, creates data visualization, and resources our Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives.

As a Clinical Quality Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Monitor and analyze data including patient engagement, readmission rates, escalation rates, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
• Resource and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Create graphics and dashboards to visualize and monitor performance.
• Prepare written reports and support presentations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and IT professionals.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Data analysis, statistical analysis, use of Microsoft Excel, display of visual data
• 3+ years of experience in health care quality roles
• Demonstrated experience in writing data reports.
• Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in business, analytics, healthcare administration, economics, public health or similar field of study
• Some travel for in-person meetings.

Preferred, but not Required Skills:

• Clinical experience preferred
• QI experience preferred

Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000. Individual compensation is based on skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
