Administrative Leadership:
Supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, overseeing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
Offer guidance and direction to administrative staff to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
Clinical Organization and Maintenance:
Maintain a hygienic and organized clinical environment, managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Enforce clinic policies and procedures to enhance productivity and professionalism.
Patient Relations:
Act as a primary contact for patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns promptly and empathetically.
Ensure patients experience a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere during their clinic visits.
Staff Support:
Assist staff with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Provide training and assistance to new hires for a smooth onboarding process.
Financial Management:
Assist with financial responsibilities including billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile accounts and manage budgets as required.
Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure compliance with pertinent healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to privacy policies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
5-10 years of managerial experience in clinical settings, preferably overseeing a team of 50 or more employees
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management of a team of 30 or more employees, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and vendors.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address issues and make informed decisions.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
