Behavioral Focus is a small boutique behavioral health company in Abilene, TX. Our goal is to deliver the most effective services based upon the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis.

We are looking for a Clincial Operations Manager to join our leadership team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

Front Office Responsibilities:

• Schedule clients, ensuring that all authorized hours are being utilized and that we are not going over or under authorized hours.
• Work with parents/caregivers for scheduling, onboarding clients, and working to resolve issues that arise.
• Work with our community/schools to ensure scheduling is aligned and relationships are intact.
• Input client and employee info and schedules into our software Aloha platform.
• Ensure that all key stakeholders are aware of schedules, current and future events going on, and key aspects of the clinic. Accordingly, scheduling professional staff to conduct assessments/re-assessments to keep all authorizations current and working in a forward projection.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire, and onboard new employees in collaboration with clinical director.
• Collaborate with clinical director to ensure new employees are competent, motivated and meeting key performance indicators.
• Scheduling & tracking CPR license and background checks.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions from our Aloha platform.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Facilitates internal audits by pulling medical documentation and analyzing records from a comparison document.
• Facilitates external audits by pulling medical documentation, intensively checking for errors, correcting all errors, and submitting records.
• Gathering all required information (getting things from parents, pediatricians, psychologists, etc.) needed for all authorizations (initial diagnostic, initial ABA, ABA services) and submitting in a timely manner to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Track all important authorization dates (keeping our running record current).

Operations Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff are completing their assigned tasks for daily operations at the clinic.
• Create a professional and pleasant environment for all who enter the clinic.
• Meet with the CEO on a weekly basis for updates on all domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
