SUMMARY: The Patient Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for supervising the patient recruitment team in growing our research database, screening and qualifying potential subjects for study trials while successfully achieving daily goals. This position will work with management to ensure that the recruitment team is productive, successful and meeting departmental targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1)Comply with all company policies, procedures, and conduct.
2)Strictly adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
3)Supervise, train and motivate the patient recruitment team.
4)Communicate daily with recruitment team on productivity reporting, achievements, and areas for improvement.
5)Develop an inspired team based on an open communication culture.
6)Work with management to set and communicate clear team goals.
7)Recruit study patients for upcoming research studies via database information.
8)Schedule patient appointments.
9)Answer incoming telephone calls.
10)Direct all calls to appropriate area/extensions.
11)Participate in offsite recruitment events as directed.
12)Communicate effectively and courteously with study patients regarding study objectives and ongoing instructions.
13)Collaborate with others as a team player.
14)Report issues and collaborate with management.
15)Meet all study protocol requirements and deadlines.
16)Other tasks and responsibilities as requested to facilitate business needs.
