We currently have an opening for a full-time Client Success Manager to join our remote team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for the management of multiple client relationships and engagements from onboarding to project execution and reporting. The role will require collection and analysis of data for client organizations and providing better solutions based on insights gathered.
Success in this role includes:
● Developing a deep understanding of client environment, business, context, organization and needs and positioning Denison service offerings to meet those needs.
● Managing client engagements, including expectations around timing, setup, scope of deliverables and invoicing.
● Analyzing client data to create insightful results presentations for client engagements.
● Working with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
● Working cross-functionally within Denison to leverage team resources to ensure an impactful client experience.
● Mastering the proprietary platforms required to run client engagements and the CRM to manage those engagements.
● Managing competing priorities while meeting client deadlines with great attention to detail.
● Working cross-functionally within the company to grow client accounts overtime.
Key measurement:
● NPS (Net Promoter Score) for client owned portfolio
● Successful completion of engagements on time and budget
● Revenue growth for owned accounts

Prerequisites:
● Bachelor’s degree in business required.
● 1-2 years of Business Analytic or Business Operations experience.
● 1-2 years consulting experience.
● Project and/or account management experience.
● High degree of personal organization and self-direction.
● Skill in data management and familiarity with survey methodology best practices.
● Solid oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to come up with innovative and out-of-the-box solutions to problems.
● Interest in organizational effectiveness, organizational culture and/or leadership development.
● Previous experience working with large data files in Microsoft Excel.
