Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities
Client Onboarding Management:
- Serve as the primary contact during the initial 30-45 days of new customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into our platform.
- Manage all account connections, including delivery and integration-related aspects, to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Oversee client issue resolution during the onboarding process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Document, review, and communicate feedback from clients, driving continuous improvement in our onboarding processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and implement new processes, optimizing the onboarding experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Operations Optimization:
- Utilize CRM expertise, including HubSpot experience, to enhance client interactions and streamline operational processes.
- Ability to relate and communicate operational improvements back to revenue, cost savings, and client retention at different levels based on unique stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize CRM solutions based on client needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage from source to enhancement tools, to CRMs, to data lake.
- Develop and implement API integrations to enhance system functionality and data exchange, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow across systems, maintaining data accuracy.
- Oversee data management processes, including uploads, downloads, and scrubbing, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of combined experience in client-facing roles, CRM systems, and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Docs) and Monday.com experience preferred.
- HubSpot experience required for CRM management.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Project management experience with a focus on process optimization.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
