Job Description
The position is at a health tech company. We are recruiting for a People Operations Analyst to join a small team that oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and leave management. You will collaborate closely with the team to maintain the integrity and correctness of our data and initiatives.
This individual will report to the Manager, People Operations, and will be in charge of implementing tactical components of the People Team role, with an emphasis on benefits administration, immigration, payroll, HRIS, and special programs. This position needs a high degree of adaptability and attention to detail. The ideal applicant will have previous experience administering an HR system (such as Workday) and working understanding of ADP payroll.
Responsibilities
- Assist with benefit administration and management internationally, including US open enrollment.
- Take the lead on immigration and manage the cooperation with our external provider.
- Assist with the collection and submission of payroll-related data to service providers, employee inquiry resolution, statutory filing requirements, payroll approvals, and payment confirmations to deliver worldwide payroll and other forms of compensation in a compliant, accurate, and timely manner.
- Accurately maintain the company's record systems, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, external technological solutions, and internal personnel records.
- Assist with the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination, ensuring staff are supplied with relevant knowledge and resources.
- Address employee problems immediately and discreetly, and give satisfying solutions while balancing employee advocacy with corporate needs.
- Help employees and management understand People Team rules, processes, systems, and tools.
- Assist with employee experience initiatives.
- Assist with programs celebrating anniversaries and other achievements.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of job-related experience
- Previous familiarity with HR-related systems, ideally Workday and ADP.
- Comprehensive understanding of US benefits administration and management.
- Experience with immigration
- US and worldwide compliance
- Leave Management
- JIRA system knowledge and ownership

Pay: $75k to $95k annually.
