Client Success Manager

LUMN, a growing dental marketing company, is on the hunt for a experienced, seasoned Client Success Manager—a role akin to an account executive or project manager. If you are a bright, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing client projects and workflows, we need you!
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Client Onboarding: Kick-off projects with success calls, engage stakeholders, and ensure a smooth onboarding by collecting all necessary information.
- Regular Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients through weekly calls and emails to review progress and address any concerns.
- Project Milestone Tracking: Use our PM software to keep tabs on milestones, and keep the team and client informed of any risks or delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet our high standards before presentation to the client.
- Client Communication: Uphold protocols for clear client communications, including email formats, status updates, and issue escalation.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all project details, ensuring everything is up-to-date in HubSpot and Asana.
- Project Closure: Conduct debrief sessions and make sure projects are formally closed out.
- Client Retention and Feedback: Use client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular status updates and performance metrics.
Essential Skills:
- Understanding of web design principles
- Proficiency with software and a willingness to learn new tools
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional memory and communication skills
- Customer service and project management experience
- Ability to work well with various personalities and build consensus
Qualifications:
- Relevant college degree from top university (required)
- Expert level experience with Google Docs and Drive, Asana, HubSpot, Dropbox and Slack
