We are currently seeking a Full-Time Client Specialist for our family-owned, 55 year old pest control business. Incredible reputation and staff with a large client base looking to expand our team. Candidate will be compassionate and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication to excellent client care. Attention to detail and ability to follow direction while multi-tasking is a MUST!
Also must be reliable, punctual, willing to learn and take an active role in teamwork. Essential that candidate is able to multi-task at a fast pace, prioritize all tasks effectively and have solid oral and written communication skills. Strong computer and client service skills are crucial. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling, accurately maintaining client records, communicating and interacting with clients and other team members in a kind, effective manner.
Once resume has been reviewed, a completed application, pre-employment screening, working interview and complete background check will be required of selected candidates. $13-$15 per hour based on experience.
Tasks
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Complete tasks in accordance with company procedures.
- Greet callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
- Set up and maintain electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Operate office equipment such as phone systems and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English; proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other language skills
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications including spreadsheets and database management
- Maintain time management and reliability

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written
- Excellent initiative, follow-up, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- High commitment to service excellence while maintaining high degree of integrity, ethics and judgement.
- Strong orientation for quality client service delivery and pleasant attitude on phone
- Possession of strong ability to give attention to detail, perform multiple tasks together, and work effectively with other members in a team setting.
- Very detailed oriented and thorough in completing processes and catching errors

Pay: $30,000.00 - $31,200.00 per year
