Client Services Representative

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS, customer relationship management, and project management.

Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute customer projects
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist with account management activities, such as upselling and renewals
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is required
- Knowledge of SaaS products and services is highly preferred
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the financial services market is a bonus

Pay: $30,743.66 - $54,659.04 per year
