Your Role and Contribution: The Client Services Coordinator acts as a key link between clients and the company, fostering client satisfaction and upholding Tandem's core values. They collaborate with the Client Services Manager, providing insights and addressing client or caregiver concerns.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Provides clear and prompt communication to clients regarding schedule changes, caregiver training visits, and general inquiries.

Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant office experience, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) and telephony systems.
Compensation: $22 - $25 an hour, based on experience
