Lyon | Stahl Investment Real Estate is a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage. We have offices in Century City, El Segundo, Long Beach, and Riverside. Our investment team consists of the most knowledgeable, results-driven brokers backed by the most innovative and scalable technology the commercial real estate industry has to offer.
We are currently looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator based in our Century City location. This role will assist with day to day office operations, ensuring our agents are supported and the office is operating as efficiently as possible. This role will often be the first point of contact people have with the company, so a personable and professional demeanor are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting all visitors
- Answers and routes calls to the appropriate parties
- Accurately takes and delivers messages
- Keeps a calendar of conference room meetings
- Ensure that the office and conference rooms are clean and supplies are stocked for meetings
- Sort mail and accept/sign for deliveries
- Communicates with the cleaning company to coordinate any larger cleaning needs.
- Coordinate with the building for the following items: visitors, key cards, parking, gym memberships etc.
- Keeps a log of office supplies, takes inventory, and restocking as needed.
- Maintains a checkout list of shared items within the office
- Maintains a clean digital filing system Digitally files all receipts
- Coordinates in-office and company wide events
- Manages company social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Youtube, etc)
- Design social media posts using Canva
- Research property details Data entry into Salesforce
- Performs a variety of routine administrative

Requirements:
- 2 + years in a customer service or client focused role
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Utilize superior organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable handling phones - communicating with a variety of different personality types
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Proficiency with common social media platforms
- Comfortable learning and using various software applications
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
