Responsibilities of our Client Service Trainee:
- Learn and Understand Products/Services: Gain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
- Client Communication: Develop strong communication skills to interact with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Training Program Participation: Actively engage in our comprehensive training program, covering Client Service best practices, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques.
- Problem Resolution: Work closely with senior team members of the Client Service team to learn problem-solving techniques and handle client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall client experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
We look for our Client Service Trainee to possess the following Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, and/or related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding Client Service and building positive relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various communication tools, CRMs, and other Client Service software.
