Client Services Supervisor For An It Managed Service Provider

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, sales, and project management skills.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to clients
- Supervise a team of Client Services representatives, providing guidance and support
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase our products or services
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in Client Services or account management role
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
