About Client:
The client is a multinational investment bank and financial services company. It maintains a presence in all major financial centres as the largest Swiss banking institution and the largest private bank in the world. The Client Services are known for their strict bank–client confidentiality and culture of banking secrecy.
Apart from private banking, it provides wealth management, asset management, and investment banking services for private, corporate, and institutional clients with international service. Client manages the largest amount of private wealth in the world.
Rate Range: $25-$30.07/Hr
Job Description:

• Responsible for providing assistance with all aspects of the corporate client onboarding process to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout the client’s onboarding process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete set of account opening documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client data and provide support in complying with AML regulations and related tasks.
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of client account maintenance requests.
• Be the point-of-entry contact for client and stakeholder queries
• Participate in process improvement and documentation initiatives collaborate across departments to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Review client agreements with focus on the individual terms and conditions

Requirement:

• A degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance
• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a bank environment
• Passionate about the client experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• A proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same proficient in the MS Office suite
