As a Client Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and service existing client systems and providing clients with unparalleled technical support in their homes . As a member of our Client Services Team, you will coordinate with our Field Service Manager, Operations, and Warehouse teams to effectively coordinate and implement service visits.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Field Service Manager to schedule and complete onsite service visits
  • Represent Sound Specialists brand to external stakeholders and interact with professionalism and care towards clients and partners
  • Perform preventative maintenance procedures and service electronic equipment including but not limited to: lighting controls, motorized shading controls, security and surveillance systems, audiovisual systems, networking systems, and more.
  • Fill out service appointment notes as needed
  • Update drawings, remote monitoring services, and other documentation per company standards.
  • Participate in service meetings and company planning as needed.
  • Participate in on-call technician schedule.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of signal flow and electronic systems principles
  • Experience in any of the following low voltage fields including: Audio/Visual, Security, Lighting Controls, Motorized Window Treatments, Data Networks.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality.
  • Ability to conduct oneself internal and external stakeholders.
