Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and management of service requests, and basic technical support for our clients. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will work with our Client Service team and help support their efforts of keeping our clients happy!

What you'll do:

  • Receive and process service requests from clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Assist support ticketing system and move tickets through support pipeline
  • Evaluate service requests to determine the appropriate level of support required
  • Coordinate with clients and technicians to schedule service appointments
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on service requests, including appointment confirmations and technician arrival times, via phone call and email
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure client satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and resolving issues promptly
  • Work with Service Manager to schedule service appointments, considering technician availability and client preferences
  • Work with Service Manager to coordinate logistics for service deployments, including equipment transportation and setup
  • Follow up with on clients on invoices

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in using/ability to learn the scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Work Experience in AV field
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, service coordination, or related roles. Experience in the audio-visual industry is a plus
