Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Outreach Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, liaising with real estate agents, providing updates on loan statuses, and enhancing our client engagement efforts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our business by onboarding new agents, following up with past clients, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring a memorable closing experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and loan processes.
- Actively communicate with real estate agents to provide updates and foster strong professional relationships.
- Reach out to potential new agents to schedule appointments, introducing them to our services and benefits.
- Update clients throughout the loan process, maintaining high satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Follow up with past clients to nurture relationships and encourage referrals.
- Coordinate the sending of gifts to clients upon the successful closing of their home purchases.
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Client Outreach, customer service, or a similar role within the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and agents.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of the mortgage process and industry regulations is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
