About the Job: Client Care Specialists are the welcoming face to our business, providing front-line customer support. This team uses positivity, teamwork, and empathy to deliver exceptional customer service. Stationed at the front desk, our Client Care Specialists are the central 'hub' of the veterinary hospital, ensuring elevated client experiences, while preparing our medical team for success with their patient!
As a Client Care Specialist, you will: Provide ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after their visit. Perform all essential functions of a Client Care Specialist for ER and all specialty departments. Monitor Callback System, respond to clients' messages and/or reach out to medical team accordingly.
Schedule and manage the appointment schedule for each day and review upcoming appointments for the week to help the teams prepare in advance of the clients' visit. Assist clients with financial transactions. Assist clinical team with follow-up activities including follow up calls and post-appointment tasks.
Guide clients through potential high-stress situations during their visit. Participate in the holiday schedule; Perk: Holidays are paid on double-time! About You: Have previous experience in the veterinary or healthcare field (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude.
