Job Title: Clerical Assistant
Location: Rancho Cordova (On-Site)
Pay: $17 - $18 hourly
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and filing documents
- Data entry
- Greeting visitors
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Distributing mail
- Assisting with various administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must have excellent attendance
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work well with others
- Excellent customer service
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
