We are seeking a stellar candidate to join our awesome our team! We are seeking a highly organized and reliable person to fill a full-time Clerical Assistant position. This is a great entry level opportunity. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Extracting/profiling large PDF documents (90%)
- Electronic matter organization
- Back-up new file set up team
- Scanning documents into DMS
- Processing outgoing mail, including preparing CDs and various copy tasks
- Answering phones
Requirements: Applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, have strong communication skills and professional demeanor (so as to be able to interact with attorneys, court personnel, clients and claims handlers), the ability to follow instructions and willingness to take initiative. Candidate must also be a team player, know how to take initiative, be able to work with minimal supervision and have great attention to detail. Typing 40 wpm, knowledge of Knowledge of Word, MS Outlook & Excel a plus. Please be sure to include a cover letter with your resume.
