SalaryWarady & Davis LLP, a top 25 Chicago area CPA firm, is seeking a temporary Clerical Assistant to join our tax processing team for the period of February - April 15, 2024. This is a flexible full-time or part-time position (minimum of 20-25 hours a week if part-time). This is a perfect opportunity for accounting students to gain CPA firm experience.
Responsibilities include scanning, collating tax returns, filing, heavy stapling and other clerical tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible, be a positive team player, have attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Must have own transportation to office, be able to do light lifting, sit for an extended time and perform repetitive movements.
Prior office experience a plus!
Business casual attire with jeans allowed.
