Full-Time Clerical Assistant

We are seeking the right individual to fill a Full Time Clerical Assistant Position to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Type accurately, prepare and maintain documents and records
• File documents; make paper and electronic copies
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Prepare reports as necessary
• Organize and maintain office and assist in ways that optimize procedures
• Follow standards, procedures, and applicable laws
• Coordinate with other departments and assist when needed
• Perform receptionist duties
• Set up for and clean up after in-office meetings
• Perform all other office tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills

Hours:

• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday

*Starts at $15.00 an hour
