Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to work as a team or individual
- PC skills utilizing office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Quick Books
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment having competing priorities
- Inventory understanding
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payables & receivables
- Product and assembly set ups on computer
- Inventory control on PC
- Answer office phones and give information to callers, greet visitors
- Some Filing
- Open read, route and distribute items
- Compose, type and distribute letters/emails
- Order entry
- Work with custom automation programs
