Continuous Improvement Engineer

Summary: Seeking Continuous Improvement Engineers with a strong background in engineering and experience in Lean manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Must possess a verifiable BS in Engineering

• 2-10++ years of relevant experience

• Prior experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer or related role in an Automotive manufacturing or other type of mobile equipment environment

• Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with machining, welding, assembly techniques, time studies, automation, PLC, machine logic, torque tooling, computer applications

Responsibilities:

• The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency.

• They will also provide technical expertise to the team and coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to adapt to varying levels of experience

• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not necessary

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
