Job Description
As a Project Manager, She/he will be responsible for writing proposals, winning business, negotiating contracts/agreements with clients/subconsultants, setting, and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projects. She/he is the main point of contact with WisDOT, INDOT and VDOT clients and coordinates with team members and subconsultants. She/he will utilize exemplary communication and leadership skills when working with other Project Engineers to manage the internal teams for successful project completion.
Successful candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of twelve (12) years' progressive experience in WisDOT, INDOT, VDOT or local government transportation engineering, including a minimum of three (3) years of project management. State of Wisconsin professional engineering license is required, Florida, Indiana, Virginia, North Carolina, or Texas professional engineering license is/are a plus. Successful candidate must have experience designing roadways with Autocad Civil 3D.
