Position: Full-Time Office Manager

Location: Back in Action Health Solutions is in Tyson’s Corner, VA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Office Wizardry:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

- Manage appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up.

- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

- Coordinate with billing company to ensure seamless insurance processing and collections .

2. Back Office Mastery:

- Oversee patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist with patient examinations and treatment procedures.

- Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the clinic running seamlessly.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient experience.

3. Team Player Extraordinaire:

- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

- Support the team in delivering exceptional patient care.

- Contribute innovative ideas to improve office efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
