A Chiropractic Front desk assistant is responsible for managing the daily operations of a chiropractic clinic. The individual ensures that patients receive excellent customer service and their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. They act as the point of contact for patients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and support the overall functioning of the practice.
Responsibilities:-
- Greets patients and visitors, and answers inquiries on the phone or in person
- Schedules appointments for new and existing patients
- Ensures accurate patient information is recorded in the system
- Maintains electronic medical records
- Provides patients with information about fees, services, and insurance coverage
- Collects and processes payments from patients
- Maintains a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:-
- High school diploma - Bachelors preferred
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in a medical office or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance policies
- Familiarity with electronic medical records software would be an added advantage.
