SalaryWe are a busy Chiropractic office specializing in Maternal and Pediatric care. We are seeking a Healthcare Receptionist to join our family. This position is part-time, Monday Wednesday, and Friday. Schedule and Salary to be discussed with interested applicants. Employment is located at our Farmington office, but training will take place at our home office in Mansfield Center.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and courteous manner
- Register new patients and verify their personal and insurance information
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Answer phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Collect and process patient payments, including insurance co-pays
- Maintain and update patient records and ensure all information is accurate and complete
- Assist patients with necessary paperwork and forms, ensuring they are properly completed and submitted • Provide patients with information about our services, office policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
