We're on the hunt for a Front Desk Coordinator extraordinaire to join our team and keep our office running like a well-oiled spine... err, machine.
Responsibilities:
- Greet our lovely patients with a smile and maybe a joke or two—dad jokes welcome!
- Master the art of appointment scheduling like a pro (bonus points if you can do it blindfolded).
- Answer phone calls faster than a speeding bullet and respond to emails like a ninja.
- Become the Sherlock Holmes of insurance verifications and payment processing.
- Keep our office looking spick and span, because cleanliness is next to chiropractic-ness.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and maybe even perform the occasional magic trick (wand not included).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
