Más Vida Chiropractic is currently hiring for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and support our patients in our beautiful practice in Downtown Turlock.

At the Front Desk, you’ll be the first point of contact and ensure that the office runs seamlessly and that patients feel welcomed and cared for.

- Thrive in a busy setting, serving as the point of contact for the practice and its patients, supporting the chiropractors and maintaining relationships with patients
- Communicate clearly, effectively and with intention
- Bilingual: Both Spanish and English speaker
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting guests and being the first point of contact for new and potential patients
- Guiding new patients through the space when they first arise and capturing relevant information
- Checking in and out patients, paying attention to next appt., balanced owed, etc.
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients for 3+ chiropractors with ease
- Assessing ledgers + collecting payments from patients
- Answering the phone, checking voicemails, and responding to emails throughout the day
- Following all necessary steps throughout patient lifecycle to make sure we collect and store appropriate information including prepping relevant paperwork
- Establishing patient flow: guiding patients to and from tables, scheduling next appointment etc.
- Meeting once per month with the entire team (to discuss: vision, team commitments and new practice members), and once per week with the office manager (to discuss: systems, problem-solving,and ongoing education)
- Opening and closing duties including but not limited to: cleaning and tidying the space, refilling filtered water, keeping our plants alive, preparing the office for the next day, etc.
A huge plus if you have:
- working knowledge of Janeapp, GoHighLevel, Convertkit, and/or MailChimp
- green thumb and love taking care of plants (10+ and counting in our office)
- Interest and/ or practice with non-violent communication
Hours + Pay:
Pay is hourly and based on experience. Starting at $18-20/hour with complimentary chiropractic care included. Performance check-in after 3 months. This is a part-time position. Bonus if you have flexibility in your schedule for vacation cover, etc. We are seeking someone who is able and willing to work at a minimum the following hours with opportunities for more hours if interested:
Mondays: 10 am- 1 pm / 3 pm -6 pm (team meeting)
Tuesdays: 8:30 am - 11:30 pm / 1 pm - 4 pm
Wednesday: 10 am - 1 pm / 3 pm - 6 pm
Thursdays: 8:30 am - 11:30 pm / 1 pm - 4 pm
Friday: 8 am -12 pm
