We are seeking a Part-time upbeat people person to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant in our busy, well-established clinic. You will be trained to work at the front desk and in the back office where you will work directly with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule patients, greet patients
- Perform clinical tasks to support Chiropractor
- Take patient history
- Answer email inquiries, send records, filing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare
- EXTREMELY RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
- Upbeat people person with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,. This is a very busy practice.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.
Shadelands Chiropractic is a 41 year old practice in Walnut Creek with only one Chiropractor, Dr. Joseph Baratta.
