We are a thriving wellness office seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be tech-savvy and able to answer phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verifications (can train) interact with patients, handle money, has attention to detail and be a team-player.
Our office is growing rapidly and the ideal candidate must be adaptable and able to keep their cool under pressure. We specialize in families and youth athletes so you must love hanging with families, including newborns, toddlers, kids, and pregnant women.
Starting hours for this position are:
Shift schedule (these are Mandatory Hours, not flexible):
Mondays 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesdays 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursdays 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Additional hours available (these are flexible and not required, but available)
Tuesdays 9:00-1:00
Wage will be based on experience and has the ability to grow.
Additional position requirements:
- Recognize this is not a “time clock” job and sometimes staying later than your scheduled time may be necessary.
- Holding babies, entertaining toddlers....this is all part of the family environment! Be willing to do whatever it takes to make our families feel comfortable.
