We are looking for a Medical Assistant that can help us with our billing systems. We do work with electronic health records. Patient should be able to grasp all types of health insurance PPO, HMOs, Medicare...
This individual should be outgoing, positive, kind, energetic, reliable, and well organized. The Chiropractic assistant/medical assistant position will have front and back office duties and will be part of the team at Premier Chiropractic Inc. This is a very rewarding job where you can be personally be involved with the healing and educations of individuals who are in need of true health. We are open 6 days per week with a range of times varying at M-F 8:30-7:30pm; Saturday 8:30-11am (schedule is subject to change) 15-40 hours a week. $18 per hour based on experience.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Job duties include :
Educating patients
Patient relations (answering phone, texts, and email)
Scheduling appointments
Customer service
Taking payments
Marketing (In office/Out of office) – Clinics, events, education
Insurance billing
Patient billing
Patient Therapies
Light cleaning / Tidy up
Incoming and outgoing mail
Occasional outside marketing
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes a plus
