Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for a bright, reliable, friendly, can-do-attitude individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant.

Front Desk Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients by name with a smile
• Answering phones/responding to text messages
• Computer scheduling/payment posting, collecting payment
• Facilitating care plans/tracking patient care
• Performing therapy modalities
• Coordinating with doctors and massage therapists
• Assist the doctors with record keeping, referrals and managing data from other providers
• Assist the doctors with New Patient intake exams, perform basic computer scans, posture evaluations and gather history information to build the patient file for the doctor to present findings to the patients
• Help keep our space clean and welcoming

• Be a people magnet, enjoy working with the public, and take pleasure in helping people improve their lives
• In a paperless office, a variety of computer and internet skills are necessary
• Ability to multi-task, focus, and keep track of multiple tasks/people at the same time
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- it's not uncommon to be holding a baby for a mom getting adjusted while checking out another patient and answering the phone simultaneously.

• Bring your empathy and patience with you, some of our patients are in pain
• Must love animals, we have dogs and fish in the office
