Chiropractic Assistant

Our team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at a holistic nutrition and chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that motivates, inspires, and encourages patients to discover and implement True Health. This role requires high energy and passion to help others achieve optimal health, since your day-to-day work will be interacting with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

Assist patients with completing intake forms and maintaining accurate records

Directing the flow of patient traffic in the office to ensure a pleasant experience for the patient and efficiency for the doctor

Support the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and office environment

Assist with patient education by explaining exercises, stretches, and lifestyle recommendations

Answer phone calls and address inquiries with excellent communication skills

Collaborate with the office team to ensure a positive patient experience

Participate in office events, workshops, and promotional activities as needed

Work with Front Desk Manager to ensure office day to day is operating at its highest level

Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual that has their high school degree

Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)

Understanding of Chiropractic Philosophy

Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance

A team player who is eager to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

You must live within 30 minutes of Matthews, NC and have your own transportation.
