Admin/Receptionist/Therapy Assistant

Looking for a high-energy & health-minded assistant for our busy medical practice. Monday-Thursdays only 8am-6pm. High School diploma and 1 year Customer Service Required. Will train the right applicant!

```Duties```

- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.

- Greet and assist visitors, accompany them to therapy rooms, apply hands on therapies - ensuring a positive and professional experience.

- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

- Help with office inventory, light cleaning

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.

- Assist with special projects as assigned.

- Must be able to stand & walk 9+ hours/day.

```Qualifications```

- 1 year minimum of customer service experience in any setting.

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Time management is extremely important.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

- Familiarity with computerized scheduling systems is a plus.

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per year
