SalaryWe are looking for part-time back office assistant. This will also be a support role for the front desk lead receptionist as well.
Bilingual in English and Korean is plus but not required.
Experience in a medical office is a plus but not necessary, we can train.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist chiropractor with patient assessments and treatments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
