Our office is one of the largest pain center in the southern California, is located in San Gabriel.
We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, detail oriented, organized, friendly, and a team player. Our office is growing and is needing more personnel.
Applicants must be able to speak and understand: Cantonese and/or Mandarin and have knowledge of computers.
Full time & part-time positions.
- answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- take and distribute accurate messages
- coordinate appointments with patients
- fax, scan and copy documents
- update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and patient's information
- retrieve information when requested
Education and Experience
REQUIRED: MULTILINGUAL: CANTONESE, MANDARIN AND ENGLISH.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college training an advantage
- entry level position
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
