SalaryWe are seeking TWO INDIVIDUALS for either Full Time OR Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical team. As well as ONE INDIVIDUAL for Medical Assistant
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST JOB ENTAILS:
- Applicants must be able to communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin OR Cantonese) Fluently!
- Both Full time and Part time position are available.
- Applicants Must be able to multi-task, be punctual and have good interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic with excellent phone skills.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to; greeting patients, verifying insurance, inputting new patients information into computer system, scanning documents, next day Confirmation calls and etc.
- Assisting and coordinating for multiple medical researches, ( helping with data collecting and submitting )
Experience in the medical field is preferred but we are willing to train with the right applicant.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT JOB ENTAILS:
- Bring in patient to exam rooms
- Taking vitals
- Obtaining HPI
- Assisting procedures
