Responsibilities include but not limited to: Changing diapers, maintaining personal communication with the parents on a daily basis, assisting with creating & implementing the daily lesson . Must be able to be flexible as the needs for a infant changes as the child grows. Must be able to work independently and work as a team. Must be 19 , with a high school diploma or equivalent Over 1 year experience in childcare is necessary . Must be able to pass all state background checks. Hours are 35-40 hours a week depending on availability .

Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
- Communicate with parents about their child's day, including behavior, milestones, and any concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, such as nannying, daycare, or preschool experience
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage behavior and discipline effectively
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- First aid: Ability to administer basic first aid in case of accidents or injuries
- Infant care: Experience in caring for infants, including feeding, changing diapers, and providing a safe sleep environment
- Nannying: Previous experience as a nanny, providing one-on-one care for children in a home setting
- Behavior management: Ability to handle challenging behaviors and implement positive discipline techniques
- Preschool: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and experience implementing preschool curriculum
- Daycare: Familiarity with daycare regulations and ability to create a nurturing environment for multiple children
- Childhood development: Understanding of developmental milestones and ability to support children's growth in all areas - physical, cognitive, social, and emotional
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds
- Educate: Ability to engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development
- Toddler care: Experience in caring for toddlers, including meeting their unique needs and promoting independence
