Child Care Worker – Kids’ Clubhouse Team Member
As a forward-looking, family-oriented club, MCC is proud to offer the Kids' Clubhouse as a newer amenity. The facility and its programs offer an engaging supervised environment for the youngest members of our Club which creates an opportunity for parents to take part in their own athletic and social activities. The facility will provide a dedicated place at the Club for parent-child activities, babysitting, and after school programs.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can provide exceptional service to all children and families at MCC by creating a safe, fun and lively children’s environment. Our Kids’ Clubhouse Team Member will provide constant engagement and energetic activities for children ages 3-11 years. Let your inner child guide the way!
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Lead children activities such as Arts and Crafts, Lego Club, Music Theory STEM and more
- Participation in fun, engaging activities in the children’s space
- Create and implement a fun and safe environment
- Supervise and monitor the safety of the children
- Obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications (i.e., CPR, First Aid, AED.)
- Perform all responsibilities and assigned duties in a timely manner, following established company policies and projecting a favorable image of The Merion Cricket Club.
- Act as a role model for the children
- Assists in keeping the facility clean and orderly
- Create meaningful relationships with children and families
- Maintain daily attendance of the children
- Plan and implement lesson plans for clubhouse activities that are child-centered and age appropriate
- Be able to run child group engagement special activities
Qualifications and Requirements
- First Aid/CPR Certified for Adult and Pediatric
- Successfully pass a background check
- At least 2 years’ experience working with children
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Reliable transportation

Must be available to work weekends and some Holidays. Days off on weekdays are flexible.
