Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safety at all times
- Train and teach lesson planning and observations
- Collected observations of children's developmental skills in order to complete developmental checklists bi-annually
- Collaborated and communicated daily with teachers and parents through mobile app
- Participated in setting up, breaking down, cleaning kitchen and hallway.
- Assisted teachers in all four age-range classrooms (infant, young toddler, older toddler, preschool) as needed.
- Assist children with activities of daily life (restroom use, diapering, hand washing)
- Supervise teachers in classroom and ensure they are following program policy and customer service expectations
- Keep staff and students files up to date.
- Make sure cleaning gets done
- Plan fire drills
- Check first aid kits
- write out clendars
- Perform stars paperwork
- Plan trips and events
- Complete cfacp complaence paperwork
- Clean office

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must have flexible schedule availability from (6:30am- 6:00pm) Schedule times will vary
- Have a high school dipolma.
- Must have Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field
- 1 Year of childcare experience
- (Preferably 1 year of management or director experience) (Not Required)
- Submit to various background check
- Become CPR, First Aid, certified or obtain certification.
- Complete a Tuberculosis test and physical and provide a physician’s documentation of both.
- Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a large group of children alone in a classroom
- Possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have minimal absences
- Have an awareness of the unique needs of young children and have appropriate expectations
- Be able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull, and carry children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
