Chief Operating Officer, Eastlake Cardiovascular PC
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the business operations and working collaboratively with the Eastlake Cardiovascular board for the strategic direction of the practice across all site locations. This position provides the leadership, vision and management to ensure there are proper operational workflows, administrative and reporting procedures and the appropriate people and staff are in place to effectively allow for organizational growth, increase efficiency and support sustainability.
Requirements/skills:
- Masters Degree in Health administration or related field. Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years healthcare administration
- Experience with business transformation related to technology adoption for information systems, electronic health records and other software integrations.
- Management experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting
- Ability to plan, develop, implement, and monitor administrative and operational policies and procedures, including but not limited to human resources, clinical leadership, quality reporting measures and finances.
- Knowledge of Epic and reporting functions
- Experience with quality reporting measures
- Ability to prioritize activities based on short term and long term goals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills and able to resolve interpersonal and professional conflicts appropriately.
