Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while upholding the dignity, respect, and confidentiality of our clients.
- Collaborate closely with the President/CEO and the executive leadership team to maintain and enhance programs catering to various populations, including mental health, veterans, homeless individuals, and those struggling with substance abuse.
- Implement and maintain best practices and a culture of excellence within the organization, fostering professional development and a positive work environment.
- Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements to enhance service delivery, in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, funders, and stakeholders, advocating for the needs of our clients and the field of behavioral healthcare at local, state, and national levels

As a supervisor you will assume the responsibility of assuring that all employees working under your direct supervision understand their role in accomplishing the strategic goals and performance measures of the Agency.
- A Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience, ideally in healthcare, nonprofit, or social services.
- A demonstrated track record of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of the addiction recovery field and related services is a plus
